After our consultation and your acceptance to proceed a £50.00 non refundable deposit is required before any design work commences .
Once the design is agreed over e-mail and a sample has been approved full payment is required before going to print.
Any delays in the approval of orders may affect your delivery dates.
There will be a £50.00 design fee added to any orders under £150.00.

All stationery will be sent special delivery. This charge will be passed onto the client and added to the final payment.
Raspberry Crush Designs do not accept any liability for delay, loss or damage to goods in the post.

All payments made are non refundable.
All cancellations must be given in writing, please notify me as soon as possible if you are cancelling any orders.
Clients will be billed for work already completed at this point.

All designs are Copyright of Raspberry Crush Designs.
All stationery purchased will have the Raspberry Crush Designs logo on the back.
All stationery designs may be used for promotional purposes.

It is the responsibility of the client to proof read their stationery.
Raspberry Crush Designs cannot be held responsible for any errors once the design has been agreed via email and the sample has been approved.
It is the responsibility of the client to obtain any copyright for hymns etc. that are to be used. Raspberry Crush Designs are not responsible for this in any way.
